Problems with charging my I-mate Smartphone 2

Hi, I would need help with my i-mate SP2 becaouse I cant charge it or even turn it on. As I have read before I would need new battery which is already charged up. Without it I cant turn my phone on. Can anybody help me out? I cant find this battery on the internet, I have looked anywhere!
