Big time Listpro Problem...HELP

So I install Listpro...make a couple of lists and sync my phone...NO LISTS. So I hit the sync button in the Listpro menu and I get an error message that says something like "cannot sync. there is no mobile device software to sync with." This is odd considering I have the latest version of activesync and haven't had any problems with it. But it gets worse. I figure the problem lies in my having installed Listpro to my storage card (I have a 2125) rather than the device and figure I'll just delete it off my device and reinstall it to the device rather than the storage card. After several tries I now have a new problem: Listpro now doesn't show up on my smartphone but when I try and reinstall it activesync tells me the program is already on the device and asks if I wan't to reinstall/repair it. When I say yes it says the reinstall failed. What do I do now? Please help. Thanks.

Have you talked to anyone in Ilium Software support yet? If not drop them a line a [email protected] .

Regarding synching, part of the problem there is that MS decided not to include File Synchronization (the way ListPro files sync) with Windows Mobile Smartphones. Hence the trouble getting sync to work. To share files check out the information here:

Mark's right - there is no file sync and this is the problem you are seeing. However, I still think (and we've discussed this before in another thread ;) ) that ListPro should do it's own sync'ing just like eWallet. I don't care about the record level sync, just do a plain file sync using the eWallet Sync engine. I would love to see that. :D

Hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but.....

ListPro doesn't sync with a smartphone. You need ot move the files over manually.
