Mobile Device Center - Vista

Is anyone else having problems Syncing with Vista? It says I am connected in the Mobile Device Center but in the Sync Center, it says I am disconnected. At certain times it will say I am connected but will not Sync. Any thoughts how to resolve? Thanks.
