Perhaps we didn't realize just how focused it would be. Destination Q fills a portion of the space formerly occupied by the Terra Museum of American Art, located at 666 N. Michigan Avenue. It's an attractive facility both inside and out and was, in our opinion, a great place for Motorola to set up shop. "</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Temporale-20060619-Qstore.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br />Back at the start of June we told you about <a href="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=11330">Motorola's plan to open Q stores</a> starting in Chicago. Well, Engadget crew rolled in and took a tour. They did a great job of covering off the store and all that it offers. Take a look and let us know if there's anything you like in the <i>Destination Q.</i> :D

Looks like that picture was shot in a mirror. See the writing on the building? It's backwards.

"...the real action was in the morning when Moto gave away a Q every five minutes for two hours. Rumor has it there was a line stretched down the street of screaming fanatics hoping to get a free Q..."

Is this how Moto is planning on having millions of Q sold? :?

And how come they (Verizon) would not sell it to willing customers, not even at full price? (http://www.tinyscreenfuls.com/2006/06/verizon-wireless-wont-take-my-money-for-a-motorola-q/)

Hey, I said kinda! I need to have one in my hands day to day. Motorola, I'm challenging you to give me a GSM version to use. Your harshest critic wants to give you a chance!

What does Q stand for anyway? Should people "Q"uestion themselves before buying one?

What does Q stand for anyway?

Dunno, but the Canadian version should be called the QA (Q, eh?). ;)

The talk is that it's Q for Q-WERTY. Kind of lame, eh?
