PDA Sync Software Instalation problem'

I have been trying to install PDAsync 3.3 to link my SP5 with Lotus notes and it seemed to go fine until it trys to load down the software to my Smartphone, when it then come up with the error " unable to launch \windows\213\xcpcsyncsver.exe :error" and then says that I have insufficient system permissions to install.
Can anybody point me in the direction of what the issue is.

I'm not sure. Have you contacted the vendor? Perhaps they would know? :)
