APP Unlock The SMT5600?

I need to app ulock my unlocked smt5600.
I am using it on Tmobile with no GPRS internet on the phone.
Now I need to get a program on there but that stupid error message keeps coming up.
How do I Application Unlock it Only. The phone is already sim unlocked

I find at least 10 results explaining how to app unlock the phone.

You want us to make ringtones, wallpaper and themes for you.

There are literally THOUSANDS on the web already made in every shape, color, form and title. For wallpaper all you need is a picture and a photo editor - resize to fit screen, put it in your "my documents", point the today screen at it and done. Themes - go get a free thememaker and do the same.

Take the time to learn - play with it a bit - worse case is you hard reset and try again.
