Hey everyone, I'm having a problem and wanted to throw it out to everyone here before calling T-Mobile.

Okay. I have an Audiovox SMT5600 and I'm signed up for T-MobileWeb, which is supposed to give you specialized content and stuff like that. Anyway, I followed all the instructions on the T-Mobile site and even tried their over-the-air wireless configurator (I had it send me the settings for the HTC Canary).

I can load the T-Zones homepage just fine. And I can navigate around the page fine, but whenever I try to go somewhere more specific (CNN, Wallpaper, My Email) it just sits there saying "Finding Site..." and never goes anywhere.

Any ideas? :?

Can you get anywhere else on the web outside their page. Like google for example?

Nope. :( All I can do is navigate around the T-Mobile web itself. But I can only go to their content pages and not get any of the actual content. :? It's very dumb.

In the browser->menu->options->connection should be set to automatic.

If it has Internet or WAP, I am guessing it has WAP and that is why T-Zones works but not Internet.

Or it could be the other way around, uncheck the automatically detect setting and set the selection to WAP.

Also, you should make sure that you have the WAP to HTTP proxy setup.

And I am sure you must have followed this setting (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7485) or similar.

Yeah, I tried all thos settings and it didn't work, that's when I used the T-Mobile Over-The-Air Wireless Configurator (http://tmobileus.wdsglobal.com/phonefirst). It didn't list the SMT5600, so I told it I was using the HTC Canary and it sent me the settings, congifured everything by itself, and seemed to work.

Those settings allowed me to access the T-Zones homepage, but nothing further. I'm really frustrated at this point...
