Everything syncs but Contacts!

All of my information is syncing with Outlook except my contacts. It is checked on my settings as a type of info I would like sync.

I also erased my phone icon on my programs menu. Phone still works fine but everytime I change my ring, it returns to default.

I'm a mess here.

Is there anyway I can resolve these issues without hard resetting?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Where did you put the ringtones?

Honestly, I don't know where the ringtones folder is!

I downloaded ringo tones trial version. When it expired, it seems that I lost my rings!

I still can't understand the contacts situation though.

MDA - That's actually a Pocket PC based device and not a Smartphone. It's been ages since I looked at a Pocket PC, I couldn't even tell you where to put your ringtones on a Pocket PC.
