Just a note to anyone interested in this, it won't work on a Smartphone. This is a Pocket PC theme. ;)

Thanks for the clarification. But I would like to add that the skin was designed and tested to be working perfectly in Palm Treo 700W and HP iPAQ hw6500 square screen Pocket PC phones.

Right, and those devices are PPC's and not Smartphones. ;)
