Anyone know if an extended time battery for the T-Mobile SDA exists?

Unfortunately, No. I haven't seen anything. There hasn't been much in the way of extra length batteries for Smartphones. Not really sure why.

Not really sure why.Because a longer lasting battery is typically a bigger battery, and in phones, thin is in? You can find scads of emergency battery packs though. (not that i've found one or looked for one for a Smartphone)

not to long ago therre was a post here about a guy that made a portable mini-usb battery charger out of an altoid can, 9 volt battery and a vivid imagination. you might want to take a look at that ;) :D
