Even with the interface in French it probably wouldn't be too hard to figure out. If you give it try let us know what you think.

I just downloaded and installed this app, and it won't run on my system. As soon as I launch it, it goes to a 'send microsoft a report about this program' dialog box.

I run windows 64bit here, so someone with normal windows xp may want to try it, but it isn't looking good so far...
