edit icons in Cingular 2125 WM5?

I looked around but I didnt seem to find the answer to this. I know you can regedit for list view, but is it possible to edit the actual icons of the programs to your own?

Well I know its possible cause I just changed the icon for my "get Goodlink" icon. I extracted the .DLL from the windows directory and then used reshacker to change the icon. Pretty cool stuff. I tied to extract other DLL's and activesync blocked me. I tried to get into the directory using Smaritone but it apprears thats only for reg editing and there dosnet apprear to be a way to extract the DLL's.
