i-mate k-jam and activesync via exchange server

hello all !

can anyone tell how can i sync my outlook personal folders ?
i'm using i-mate k-jam , and connected with GPRS to the exchange server at work.
im getting all the mails to my inbox, but all my personal folders are empty.
this also happens when im doing a sync with direct usb cable.
(the e-mails im my pesonal folders never sync)

is there a way to solve this issue?

Hi,

I'm working with a 2125, so the process may be a little different on your phone. You want to get to "manage folders" screen. From there one of the soft keys should tooggle between "sync" and "dont sync" as you scroll over your personal folders.

To get to the manage folders screen start Outlook and select the menu soft key. Pick "folders" in this menu. This is #3 on my phone. Next, select the menu key in the folders view. Pick " manage folders" - #2 on my phone. Now move down to your personal folder. One of the soft keys should allow you to sync that folder.
