Quick breakdown...
I lost my 5600 last week... Cingular had a replacement in my hand within 24 hours due to insurance I paid for (actually used it!). THey sent a brand new item of course but it also came with all accesories (cables, software etc.. ) so I'm thinking of putting it on Ebay and getting a newer, better, faster etc... phone... I see the 2125 is a great upgrade but then I saw the upcoming 8125... it looks like the sh#$!
Suggestions?

Well... made the descision pretty quick... I called up Cingular and they have the 8125 in stock and it will be here on Monday for a price of $350 with a $50 rebate making that $300. I can sell my brand new 5600 for $200 or so .... all in all not a bad deal.
Comments.. complaints... etc???

$200 for your 5600? Wow, I gotta get my old one on ebay before that price drops some more.

Both devices are nice. the 8125 is a PPC-PE, and the 2125 is the Smartphone. Which device you pick is really depends on your plans and requirements.

I have an 8125 on order as well. Should see it Tuesday. One can't really compare the 2125 to the 8125 as they are different devices as Mike pointed out. Being an over the top geek I will have the pleasure of owning both.

So Jerry, what are you selling this time? The HP 6515?
