anywhere to buy a 5600 cheap?

I'm looking to upgrade a couple of family members to smartphones, and maybe adding another line to my cingular account. I was hoping to find a deal like that $29 smt-5600 that was mentioned here back in november, but thus far, no such luck. Cingular says they don't even have this phone anymore. Is there anyone still selling it online? Who's got the best deal?

I would think the best place would be on ebay. People are upgrading and they're going to be selling off their older devices.
