voice recording

I want to create same control for recording as in Notes of PocketPc. I used VoiceRecorder_Create function. But the control is not same as that in Notes. It doesnt have sliding bar (used to show the recording ). and whenever i Click on Main window control get disappear. Please suggest me the solution
