How to re-map camera button to launch other application on WM2k3?

I'd like to re-map my camera button to launch my bluetooth toggle app instead of the camera - is this possible?

Bonus points to someone who can tell me how to re-map the camera button to the "select profile (vibrate/outdoor/etc)" menu :)
