opera browser problems

okay I have internet connection finally and all is good while using pocket ie... but when I try to use opera it says cannot connect, anyone know why it would connect thru ie but not opera?

Do you need to set a proxy server? Opera won't read the one set for the system, that PIE reads. You can set one in the opera.ini file.
