Here is a program you can use to make simple themes. It won't do plug ins for you just as Theme Generator wouldn't. For $10 it's a bargain though if you are looking for a simple way to customize your home screen. They have a trial version as well as other versions that will also create PocketPC themes. I have Thememaker X which does everything including the square screened 6315.
