Amazon doesn't have anything over 512MB, but that is what I already have. So that's of no use to me. PriceGrabber (affiliate) has a 1GB Kingston card starting at $60. That seems like a pretty good deal to me. Does anyone know of a larger size miniSD, or perhaps a cheaper price for the 1 GB card?

That is a great price too.

That is a great price too.

I've been wanting to spring for a large card for my 5600, so I could listen to music. But the idea of using activesync to transfer music is very discouraging. If only Softick's card export was compatible for smartphones...

of course there is the 1 gig mini sd card. very easy to find. sandisk has officially announced at CES the 2gig mini sd as well as the 4gig sd card

1GB for $60 is a good price, and I find that it can hold about 3 full movies, 150 mp3s, a few Family Guy episodes, and all the photos I want. Activesync is too slow to transfer files, so make sure the miniSD you buy comes with a regular SD adapter and use a memory card reader.

Well, I bought a TOPRAM 2GB MiniSD from eBay for my Qtek 8310 (SP5) for $139 + shipping and I'm very happy with it. It included the MiniSD to SD adapter and the special offer also included a USB SD adapter. After installing it, I ended up with 1.9GB of usable card storage in my Qtek 8310. Pretec also had announced a 2GB MiniSD card, but I was not able to find it for sale online.

Btw, I just checked ebay and the same memory I bought is now going for $159.

Disclaimer: I'm not associated or in any way related to the ebay vendors that sell the Topram MiniSDs on ebay.

I found a Sandisk 1 GB for ~$90CAD on eBay four or five months ago. Prices can only have improved in that time.

Look on ebay. I usually find the best prices there.

Moby Memory in the UK has 2GB mini-SDs for 87 pounds - I don't know what the conversion is... ;-)

They also have a list of compatible phone models.

As of this post, 87 UK pounds is roughly equal to (http://www.oanda.com/convert/classic) $180CAD or $155USD.

I just picked up the same card for $65 last week, I should've waited a week. Oh well it does work really nice in my sprint 6700 plus the included sd converter comes in handy.
