Try download.com....there are many out there. None specific that I could recommend as I use MusicFoundry.

Go to download.com and get CDex. It'll batch convert. Another option is WavePad.

the most foolproof audio converter i have encountered is switch... you need to pay for it, though... but... :twisted:
