reset smt5600 to factory settings?

how do i reset my audiovox smt5600 to factory defaults?

There's an application in the Accessories folder in the start menu that will reset the device. I forget the exact name of it. I think it's called "Clear storage" or something like that. It sounds like it's just going to wipe your storage card, but it actually resets the phone.
