SP5 going into flight mode by itself?

Has anyone else noticed this happening? About six or seven times now the SP5 has shown "flight mode" on the main screen (and it's disconnected from network) but when bringing up the quick selection menu thing (I forget what it's called - the thing that pops up when you press the on switch once) the phone doesn't seem to be in flight mode at all. Using that menu to turn it into flight mode and out again seems to fix the problem, but it's rather odd.

These are happening while the phone keypad is locked, so it's not an accidental keypress.

Anyone else seen anything similar?

I had that happen when my phone ran really low on battery. After some charging and a reboot, I haven't seen it again. I figured it was a safety measure to save some battery power just before the phone quits.

I have seen that happen to my Cingular 2125 also. Not sure if it was due to low power, but will keep an eye on it.

Have not seen it on my 2125 yet.
