8310 mute the call

does anyone have this phone? (qtek 8310) One of the first things i really miss is muting a incoming call so that it doesnt go straight to voicemail. is this a possibility?

I think.... while the phone is ringing, hit the volume key once. It doesn't matter how you hit it - up or down, but it should mute the ringer.
