Well, I connected my 2125 to my Windows Media Center PC last night and sync'd some television over.
It looks really good, but it's small - standard issue with WM5 and Media Player 10.
A 1hr program takes up 73.5MB - at least with the default settings.
I'm going to (continue) looking into making the video larger (using WMP) but as far as I know, the 'code' hasn't been cracked yet. :(

I am still waiting for my 2125 (back ordered), but I had a similar problem with my SMT5600 and it got resolved with the following hack:
While smartphones have 220x176 pixel displays [I guess that for the 2150 the display should be 320x240?], WMP on the 5600 displays videos 160x120 pixels in size by default. To display them in full-screen mode, you have to modify the registry:
- back up your Smartphone first
- Using the registry editor, locate and open the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/MediaPlayer/ASFCodecs/Video
For each codec listed in this key, change the Preferred Width value from 160 to 220 and the Preferred Height value from 120 to 176
- Go to the Tools > Options > Privacy tab on your desktop PCs Windows Media Player 10and click on Clear Caches. [AND /OR:] Clear out the Transcoded Cache files from your PC. (in WMP on your PC click Tools-Options - Choose Devices tab, Click Advanced button, click Delete Files button)
- Find and delete the following file on your Smartphone, storage card and desktop PC: WMPInfo.xml.
- Reboot yer Phone.
I hope this works. In any event I found it easier to simply convert videos using PocketDivxEncoder; I routinely do so for Tivo To Go files, and on occasion also for MCE files; This does require an initial conversion out of the proprietary formats ("Direct Show Dump utility" for TTG, "DVR to WMV" for MCE) - but it is well worth it for viewing quality and the luxury of using a better player (TCPMP)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/MediaPlayer/ASFCodecs/Video
Yea, I used that with my 5600 as well. However, there is now no /Video folder (/Audio still exists, with only one parameter) and I don't know what the keys and values were.
If you can copy them down from your 5600, I'll enter them into my 2125's registry and give it a shot. ;-)

Not sure what you intend to do if there is no video folder... I assume you do have the ASFCodecs one?
the keys I have in that folder are:
MP42 MP43 MP4S
WMV1 2,3,A,P
WVP2
for ALL the above you may change the following Values:
PreferredHeight
Value data: was 120, change to 240?)
Base: Decimal (did not touch)
Value type: REG_DWORD (did not touch)
PreferredWidth
value data was 160, change to 360?
Base: Decimal (did not touch)
Value type: REG_DWORD (did not touch)
other values like MaxFrameRate, MiniFrameRate - I did not change (should we for the 2125?)
Does this help?

I'm off to work now and don't have time to create the Video settings.
I'll give it a try later tonight if I'm not too brain dead.
