<div class='os_post_top_link'><a href='http://m.gmail.com' target='_blank'>http://m.gmail.com</a><br /><br /></div><i>"Now you can access your Gmail account from your mobile phone or device. Just point your phone's web browser to <a href="http://m.gmail.com">http://m.gmail.com.</a> Your Gmail account stays synched, whether you access it from the web or the mobile interface. It's easy to use and it's free (but yes, your wireless plan could still charge you). It also has these cool features: automatically optimizes the interface for the phone you're using; opens the attachments you receive in messages, including photos, Microsoft Word documents and .pdf files; lets you reply by call to people whose phone numbers are in your Gmail Contacts list."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Temporale-20051216-GmailMobile.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br />The screen shot above is taken from my i-mate SP5m Smartphone. You can clearly see that my Gmail inbox is empty and I'm happy to say that it is the only inbox I have that is empty. :) So, fire-up Internet Explorer Mobile and punch in <a href="http://www.gmail.com">http://www.gmail.com.</a> It will automatically detect your mobile device and redirect you over to the new mobile version.

Sorry guys. Does that bother anyone? We try to keep the graphics to a max of 400x400. So I never thought of resizing these down. If it's a hassle, I can resize things until more people get WinMo5 devices.

(If you're browsing from the desktop, I don't think anyone would notice, but if you're on a SMT5600 or something, the larger screen shots could be a pain and that is why I ask.)

no no no. i like them! :)

i think we should keep posting QVGA screenshots to show everyone the beauty and clarity of WM5 devices. im just jealous that my screen is so small because despite what they say size really does matter  :P   8)

Google is trying to keep pace with Yahoo Mobile. Gmail Mobile may also work on phones with WAP browsers, not just smartphones, PDAs and the mighty Sony PSP.
