so yes i droped my 5600 in the hopper-not so clean water-think about it.
plunged my hand in after it in less than 2 sec (dont know if i would reach in there to get my kid out that quick) but after drying and putting back together
i get a screen with 3 nice colors red ontop the green and then blue with
typhoon in each block and thats it nothing else happens.
am i screwed or what?

oh ya I'm one of those people who say(NO I DONT NEED A SERVICE PLAN)

Wow! Sorry to hear about it. :(

So I believe you opened up the Smartphone to dry it out. Since you had pulled it out real quick. I believe the best thing would have been to pull the battery out and just shake it dry. And leave it in front of a de-humdifier or something for a day or two.

There still might be hope. Just keep the battery out and let it dry. When did this happen. Yesterday?

OH yes no fear
cracked it open and completly disasembled it dried it and put back together

there were several buttons pinned down when i put it together
but i works just fine now :lol: :roll:

My number one rule is no phones out near the toilets. Seen too many dripping nasty bricks to risk my gadgets.
