Can You Add An Item To Your Messaging Accounts Menu?

I want to edit the items on my "Messaging" menu. Actually I want to add an item to it.

Currently there are links for the following:

Text Messages
Outlook E-Mail
MMS
Xpress Mail


I would love to be able to add "Voice Mail" to this menu, that when selected would simply dial up and check voicemail.

The biggest reason for this is I have a plugin on the home screen that shows me the number of vmails, emails and SMS messages. When I select this plugin it brings me to my messaging menu so that I can check the specific email or text message inbox. I would love to have voicemail on this menu as well so that I can quickly dial up and check.

I don't think it possible to add custom options to that list. You can add POP/IMAP (even Hotmail) mail boxes. But no voice mail link.

I am annoyed that unwanted links cannot be removed. Like MMS or Outlook Messages in my case. :-(

Regarding quick access to voicemail. From the home screen. Pressing down on the 1 (number key) will trigger the call to the voice mail box.

Also the "Contacts" key will change to "Voicemail" when you receive one.
