I'm trying to sync my 2125 with ActiveSync 4.1 and running into an issue. The device connects fine, but it say it encountered a problem at the desktop. The support code is 85010014. Any thoughts on what this could be?

This error code was not on Microsoft's Activesync error code list. :-(
I just did a Google search. Looks like this is problem has something to do with Outlook install corruption or folder (contact, calendar, notes etc) corruption. :?

This person uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook/Office.
- I also read some place that you should export the data to a .PST file. Uninstall and re-install.
- To isolate which Outlook folder is corrupted you try disabling all the sync options like Contact, Calendar, Tasks, Notes etc. And then try to sync. Keep enabling one option at a time to identify the problem.

Also, another tip. My own personal thought. Since this problem is to do with ActiveSync 4.1. Make sure that your Office/Outlook has all the latest service packs installed.
