My understanding is that Comic Edge was discontinued. I was using it and then one day while updating I got a message that it was longer being offered. Does anyone know if its back?

Really? It's still listed on Smartphone.net and was last updated on Sept 16, 2005. :?

I get the message,
Sorry, the ComicEdge service has been closed due to concerns by UComics and other webcomic authors. Please try EdgeQ's other products by pointing your browser to http://www. edgeq.com.
And there's no mention of ComicEdge on the EdgeQ web site. Its a shame, I really enjoyed it. \

...check out Comic Edge (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7676)

The Smartphone.net urls in the linked page points to TrafficEdge.

That fact may or may not be related to the discontuation of ComicEdge.

However, the other link on the linked page points to http://www.comicjunkie.com/, which is still up.

Doh! I didn't even notice that the product has changed. That was Comic Edge back when we posted it - for sure! So it looks like they swapped content on the product. It's too bad that it got closed down. The comics are freely available anyway. :(
