Upgrading SP3i to WM2005?

1) Is it possible to upgrade a SP3i to WM2005?
2) If so, has anyone here tried it, and how is it done?

No. i-mate hasn't released an upgrade to WM5 and it doesn't look like they're going to do it anytime soon.
