The SP5m has an application lock of some degree. Here is the proceedure for removing it:

I ran into this problem and resolved it as well, though I found the solution elsewhere.

I've tried all that. Changing the registry keys, SDA application unlock. None of it works, i still cannot install this one file(pocketnes).
