Can't say that I have ever tried it, but my guess would be no. Here's a quote from the IBM web page (http://www.lotus.com/products/product4.nsf/wdocs/79bd8f7a75d604fd85256d73006e799f) on Easy Sync

PDA Device support:
Support for all of the latest devices that use the following operating systems:

Palm OS devices (OS versions: 3.x, 4.x, 5.0; Hotsync versions: 3.x, 4.x)
Microsoft Pocket PC-based devices (OS versions: 3.0 and 3.01, 2002, Pocket PC Phone edition)
Microsoft Windows CE-based devices (OS version: 2.x)

The latest version isn't listed there. So... It's hard to say. There are a number of different 3rd party tools that will do this sync.

Nope it doesn't work worth a flip. I tried it. I ended up with an mSync product that cost $70 bucks. It worked but it was cumbersome to say the least. I was always ending up with duplicates then triplicates on my calendar.
Lotus notes and Outlook calculate all day events differently and holidays always got jacked up.

The license was kewl cuz it included both smartphone and PPC capabilities. I gues for 70 clams it better.

Did I mention that Lotus Notes sucks?
