Tales abound of American users racking up $1,000 phone bills on cruise ships at sea or while vacationing in European countries."

Well now AT&T is going to try and ease those fears by lowering the prices on their international plans. Not by much mind you, since the rates will be 120MB for $30 per month up to 800MB for $120 per month. It sure beats $1,000 though doesn't it?
