Resco Photoviewer (http://www.resco.net/smartphone/photoviewer/default.asp) does random slide shows. Its a great program and the one I use.

PocketSnapshots 1.01 (http://smartphone.mobiletopsoft.com/getproduct.php?pname=PocketSnapshots+1.01) - this one is cool too with feature to attach pictures to your emails
