Theme Generator on the phone?

I saw somewhere here a reference to a for pay (iirc ~$20 but I'm hoping there's a demo) theme generator that runs on the Smartphone itself, but I cannot find that thread now. Anyone know what it is?

I tried the generator that runs on the desktop, from a Dutch-sounding individual/site but was not impressed with the lack of ease of use that I perceived while using it.

Are you talking about Homescreen Designer (http://www.smartphone.net/smartphonethoughts/software_detail.asp?id=870)? Because this is a great app and I haven't really found it hard to use. Prehaps you are refering to some other application, I know there are a couple others out there.

I've been using 1-HomeEdit and it is quite good. I highly recommend trying it out.
