Text field in contacts that can't be deleted

I sent some contacts via Bluetooth from my Nokia 3650 to my new SMT5600 and the entries now show a txt field. For example a phone number that it did not no how to assign shows up as:

8655551212 txt

When I choose edit to make changes to the entry, there is no corresponding text field that I can delete. Any thoughts?

Did it put it in the Notes field by chance? That's way near the bottom of the list of things you can edit. get into notes and hit right toggle.

That was my first thought too, but alas Notes field is empty.

Solved my own problem. Any contact for whom you add a mobile number, that number is repeated as the number for text messages. Wasn't looking at the cards after creating new entries manually, so I didn't see this until I tried my hand at beaming. Sorry to have dragged you to this post for nothing. :oops:
