Trivia Pursuit for the Smartphone, I like it. Especially the multiplayer aspect. Good idea Handmark!

I hope the developers fix the typo - "... for users of Palm Powered handheld devices." I had check and re-check the link to make sure I was linking to the Windows Mobile download page or not.

And I couldn't find a trial version?

I just found a trial version on their website: http://www.handmark.com/products/detail.php?id=270

When will companies learn that they need to make that available on Smartphone.net and Handango.com too. Oh, and their website made me pick what phone I have first. Of course there was no Audiovox SMT5600 listed, but I could get to this game by selecting the Motorola MPx220.  It's the same OS guys, stop making people select the device first. It's a good thing most of us know that the MPx220 and the SMT5600 are the same OS. I think you're going to loose a couple sales to those out there that are not aware of this.

Cool 8)
I will have to give that a whirl. I love trivial pursuit (my wife calls me a fountain of useless knowledge).

Trivial Pursuit rocks!!! I have tried the demo version in classic mode and the developer did a very good job of keeping with tradition and having the phone version look just like the original board game version. Haven't plunked down the coin (I guess I mean "spit out my credit card numbers" these days) to purchase it yet, but it is on my list. I wonder if the developer will come out with add-on question packs at a later date?

I also just noticed that the Handmark site says:
Multiplayer support of 2-6 players over IR (Infrared)
Bluetooth support would be nice. Haven't looked under the options of the game on the phone to see if it is there and they just messed up on the website.
IR was cool until BT came out. Not having to be directly in the line of site with the other player is 8)

That's an excellent suggestion. I would expect that, if the game sells well, they would offer something along that line.

I do agree that the lack of Bluetooth support is a little annoying. I never use InfaRed anymore. :(
