? Where are you and what carrier? reason I ask is that I have no issues installing anything on my Cingular SMT5600, including Mapopolis. My phone is SIM locked, but sure isn't application locked. Have you tried?

Newbie: When I tried to install Pocket TV (to view mpegs) I got an error message stating that it was not a 'certified Windows CE program'. I didn't think the Audiovox's were application-locked. Where did I go wrong??? :?:

3/4 of the way down the page. Instructions there too. Works pretty well actually, considering you are viewing it on a postage stamp.

PPCs and Smartphones are both built on CE, but they are not the same. You need a Smartphone specific video viewer.
PocketTV does make a version for Smartphone, so be sure that is the one you get.
Most seem to think TCPMP (formerly BetaPlayer) is preferable though.

Watch that you get the Smartphone one.
Could be that there is some level of certification required to be instaled on a particular Smartphone though, and i just haven't run across it. Haven't tried either PocketTV or TCPMP. I just convert things to WMV and let MP10 handle it.
