Which HTC to get??? Audiovox or iMate?

Yup - I'm going to take the plung - enough of dealing with my moto flip phone. So I'm looking at the Audivox and the imate - Both fine phones but there is a $100 difference between the two.

The Audiovox I'd be looking at getting via amazon.com and I assume that would be cingular branded and locked - which means I'd ahve to pay to get it unlocked - I'm staying on T-Mo.

The iMate comes unlocked - at mobileplant.com but is $100 more - ouch.

I would appreciate your opinions and suggestions

Well, they're basically the same phone. The imate has a couple minor differences but it's basically the same. So, I would go the cheaper route.
