Opps! Looks like someone didn't wait for their search results on this! I wonder what Microsoft is going to do? They could change the name, but that ends up looking bad - and I'm sure they don't want to start off a new OS with any negativeity hanging around. Or they could license the Vista name. I can't imagine this will be cheap.

I think they should rename it to Wista. :lol:

Buy the company and kill it. Probably cost less in the long run, in $ and negative publicity, than litigating it. I don't see MS saying, "Oops, we goofed, OK, we'll pick something else."
