The agency said it asked the New York Supreme Court to fine the companies and make them comply with New York consumer protection laws because their ad headlines did not include extra charges that were placed in smaller print footnotes."</i><br /><br />Well, it's easy to say, a little harder to do, but if the price is too good, you know it can't be true. Go get 'em New York City! Now, if we could only do something about those nasty contracts. 8)
