I have been thoroughly unimpressed with Cingular and will not be going back. They have little to no knowledge of certain phones or the software they distribute
Ok, my problem..I have a Hotmail account, Audivox SMT5600 and ClearVue. Within Active sync, I have it set to receive attachments. When I try to access an email with an attachment, I can see the word "attachment" and the name of the file, but that's it. If I sync, then go to Outlook, it's there and I can read it. I thought the ClearVue s-ware was supposed to allow me to view these attachments from within my email; at least that's what ClearVue tech support says.
Any ideas?
