File type Association

We are going to add pushing out internal voice messages to the cell phones (Cisco Unified Messaging). The VM arrives as a WAV attachment. It can be then down loaded. So far so good.

However when I try to play it, it fails. I don't think WAV files are associated with the Media Player. How do I do that? Is it a Registry hack?
