This is a great phone, I've had this a happen to me twice now. I lock the key pad and when I hit the unlock button, nothing happens. The second time this happened the keypad was locked and a phone call came in the accept button would not work, and once the call went to voice mail, the button changed to unlock, but it still would not work. After pushing buttons many times all of a sudden it worked. Any ideas on a fix for this.
