I have searched through the messages for answers to these questions, but came up empty.

1. Is there a software out there that can make the 5600 a voice recognition dialer? If so, will it work with a BT heaset?

2. Can one of the keys be used in place of having to press the navigation button "in"? I don't know if it's my lack of coordination, but that's not very easy to do. If I'm browsing and try to click on a link, more than half the time I end up clicking on another link.

3. Can the "anticipated text" be turned off? I can't think of the correct name for it, but I am talking about when you are typing something and the software tries to guess what you're going to type. It never seems to guess correctly, so I am having to fumble around to get out of it.

The SMT5600 has a system called voice tags. Find a contact or application in the start menu, and press Menu / Add Voice Tag. Now, depending on the Bluetooth headset, these can be accessed. By Motorola headset won't recgonize them, but my Bluespoon AX does.

Not that I am aware of. Of course, you can use the coresponding number if you're in the menu's. But surfin' the web... I don't know of any applications that do this. The rocker switch is a little awkward, but you get used to it pretty quick.

Just ignore the words it is suggesting, and when you hit the end of your word, just press the space (#) key and it will disappear. Adversely, you could switch out of T9 mode to ABC mode. T9 predicts your word, ABC requires you to tap the key repeatedly to get the letter you want. To change modes, just press the * key. It will cycle through t9, T9, 123, abc, Abc, ABC.

Hope that helps!
