Problem viewing video file from PC

I've only had my 5600 for a few days, but already can tell that it's a much better device than my old MPx220. The quality of the video and pictures is amazing. I was playing around with sending both file types to my PC and had no problem opeing the pictures. As for the video, I am not having any luck. When it gets to my PC the extension is a MP4. I can't figure out how to view it and was wondering if anyone knew what I need?

Honestly, I haven't take any video's with the phone yet. :oops:

My guess would be that Windows Media Player should handle the file without any problems. Have you tried that?

Prior to posting my question I did try Windows Media Player and it did not work at all. I got some crazy error messages and just assumed none of the other players would work. After reading your response I thought I'd try Real Player and it works just fine. FYI: QuickTime Player also works.

Real Player?! Oh no, say it ain't so! 8O I'm not installing that hunk of junk. I'll go with Quicktime or hopefully WMP. :?
