Need help deciding

Hi,
I am currently a Sprint customer with a real old lousy phone. I love the SMT 5600 and want to get it from Cingular. My only concern is that with Mobile 5 just out, should I wait for the new version.

Any info on how long the wait could be.

The SMT-5600 is just fine. What specific features of Windows Mobile 5 are you interested in?

Oh. I am not sure abt the specific features being offered in MObile 5. I did read a little bit about a slight improvement to the user interface and better support for bluetooth and GPS.

But my concern was that I buy this beauty and then 2 months later 5 based phones come out that kick ... .

Else amazon has the smt 5600 for $100 with a 1 yr contract.

If you guys think the wait ain't worth it I am gonna buy this thing asap.

I say go for it. In a year when the contract is up, you will probably still be able to get $100 for it on eBay.

The SMT5600 is already a kicka** phone. :)
