Does the new windows 5.0 have pocket word and excel and pdf viewer already installed?

Not on the Smartphone. And there isn't a pdf viewer at all. WM2005 on the PPC and Phone edition do have Word Mobile, Excel Mobile and PowerPoint Mobile.

If you are interested in viewing native Office docs than Clearvue is about your best bet. If you are looking to carry around data that is currently Office Docs, I would recommend Repligo. You'ld need the full version to convert/save your documents in Repligo format, but the viewers are free.

Clear View Suite has multiple problems i.e. data lost during transfer. Repligo is awsome, integrates into Desktop programs for direct trasfer and has many Smartphone specific features that make it user friendly.

Clear View Suite has multiple problems i.e. data lost during transfer.Clearvue doesn't have anything to do with the transfer. That's ActiveSync's job. I agree Repligo is a better solution for viewing information, but if you get a Word doc, or spreadsheet in the mail, you are out of luck with Repligo.
