Hi

Everything about the new rom looks good, but I have one major problem. All my homescreens won't work! Not a single one of them will show all the data, even those designed by the Ruttensoft homescreendesigner and that are newly made will work. None of the ordinary data will show on the screen. Anyone else with this problem? It really puts me down as the standard windows one is so "lacking" of alot of the functions...

Updating the ROM wipes out all the previously installed apps. If your homescreens require plugins or some other apps to be installed, then they will not work after the ROM update, till you re-install them. That could be the problem...

Hi again

It kind of worked out after a reboot of both the computer and the phone and erasing all of the homescreens in the folder. So the problem might very well be something in my first transfer that went wrong. Sorry about this for those of you that did not upgrade due to this. The rom seems to be a little faster that the previous one too, so have a field-day and install and have fun :)

Don't worry too much about folks here not installing the ROM upgrade. I suspect most here would try it even if they heard it was causing spontaneous human combustion.
